「藝術銀行」是文化部委由財團法人臺灣美術基金會執行的政策，以扶植潛力藝術家為目的。藝術銀行每年購藏臺 灣藝術家的作品，從 2013 年迄今已購藏數千件各類別的當代藝術作品，由專業團隊提供客製化服務，包含作品租 賃、主題策展、圖像授權、教育推廣、藝術修護及異業合作等，以更自由及多元連結的方式，拓展臺灣當代藝術的 能見度，並讓藝術走入社會，成為日常的對話與陪伴。
Art Bank Taiwan is an important Ministry of Culture initiative undertaken by Taiwan Fine Arts Foundation to support Taiwanese emerging artists. Art Bank Taiwan acquires works from Taiwanese artists every year to lease them out and display them in government and corporate spaces. Since 2013, it has collected over thousands contemporary art pieces across a diverse array of genres. Its professional teams offer tailor-made services that range from art rental, curating, art licensing, education and outreach programs, art conservation, and cross-sector collaborations. By fostering open and diverse connections, the goal is to enhance the presence of Taiwanese contemporary art, increase art's relevance to the general public, and seamlessly integrate art into the fabric of everyday life.
