特展專區 Special Exhibtion X01, X02 2026 台中藝博於全新場域臺中國際會展中心登場，在展會邁向國際規格與空間升級的轉型之際，特別規劃「數位藝術特
區」，回應當代藝術在科技時代中的多重面向，並延伸台中作為文化與建築交匯之城市能量 。
以 2026 台中藝博年度主題「立體城市 The Sculpted City」為概念核心，本特區聚焦數位媒介如何重新形塑我們對空間、 身體與感知的理解。藝術不再僅存在於平面或實體之中，而是在虛實交錯的維度裡生成流動的城市景觀，構築出一座由 影像、數據與演算所組成的當代城市想像。
本次邀集林經堯、阿亂、陳普、陳依純等藝術家參與，透過影像、互動裝置與數位語彙的實踐，呈現個體經驗與科技環 境之間的交織關係，讓觀者在行走與觀看之間，進入一場關於未來城市的感官探索。
The 2026 Art Taichung will take place at the newly established Taichung International Convention and Exhibition Center. As the fair moves toward international standards and undergoes a spatial upgrade, a specially curated Digital Art Sector | The Sculpted City will be presented, responding to the multifaceted dimensions of contemporary art in the technological age while extending Taichung’s urban energy as a city where culture and architecture converge.
Centered on the 2026 Art Taichung annual theme, “The Sculpted City,” this special zone focuses on how digital media reshapes our understanding of space, the body, and perception. Art no longer exists solely within the realms of the two-dimensional or the physical; instead, it emerges within dimensions where the virtual and the real intersect, generating fluid urban landscapes and constructing a contemporary city imagined through images, data, and algorithms.
This edition brings together artists including Jinyao Lin, Aluan Wang, Chen Pu, and Chen I-Chun. Through practices in moving image, interactive installation, and digital visual language, their works reveal the intertwined relationship between individual experience and technological environments, inviting viewers to enter a sensory exploration of the future city through the acts of walking and looking.
